Nothing better than Lasagna for a real Italian Sunday lunch ! 


  • 1 Lb ground beef
  • 4 cup tomato sauce
  • 3 cup basciamella cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb fresh lasagna noddles
  • 1 tbs powdered garlic
  • 1 tbs salt
  • 1 tbs black pepper

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat brown the ground beef. Add tomato sauce, salt, garlic, pepper and simmer for 5 minutes. 
  2. To assemble, in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish evenly spread 0.5 cup of the besciamella cream and 0.5 cup of sauce. Cover with 2 lasagna noodles, 3/4 cup of the basciamella cream and 3/4 cup sauce. Repeat layers until the end of lasagna noddles. Top with remaining besciamella, remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F(175 degrees C) oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
